MISSION STATEMENT
Arizona Underground Film Festival is Arizona’s only premier underground cult film festival, and one of the biggest genre film festivals in the country! We make it our sole mission to showcase the work of filmmakers with defiantly independent visions. We are on a quest to represent every genre of independent film from across the world celebrating the artist, and their work.

Now in our fourth year we have turned the festival into a 9 day festival running from Sept. 16th to 24th. This 9 day festival will cover categories from Narrative, Horror, Documentaries, Experimental, Animation, and we are proud to be the only festival to offer an Exploitation category. Join us in the underground!

TICKETS
General Admission: $7
Tickets will be available for purchase through our website on NEW DATE! AUG. 29TH. Tickets will also be available at the box office an hour before each screening, unless the film is sold out. So make sure you get your tickets before the film sells out.

FESTIVAL PASSES
$60 (LIMITED TO ONLY 100 PASSES)
The festival passes will go on sale Aug. 15th through our website, and will be limited to only a 100 passes. The pass includes free admission to all the screenings (Sept. 16-24), and after parties. Festival passes will only be sold through the website, and are sold on a first come first serve basis until all are gone! Having a pass guarantees you into any and all films for the festival, if there is a line, pass holders get to the front, they are let in the theater first, but you must arrive 15 min before the start of the film to guarantee seating. Its like VIP Treatment for the moviegoer. The festival passes are valued at $150, but we are selling them for less than half the price! We do expect these to sell out very fast. Pass holders will be able to pick up their passes in person anytime during the festival at The Screening Room(127 E. Congress) box office after September 15th.

We are very excited to be presenting the entire 4th annual Arizona Underground Film Festival at downtown Tucson’s premier art house cinema, The Screening Room.

All filmmakers will be staying at the historic Hotel Congress located in the heart of downtown Tucson, and just one block from the Arizona Underground Film Festival at The Screening Room. Filmmakers of the festival will also receive a 10% discount on rooms at the hotel for the week of the festival.

AWARDS
We will be giving out awards to the best feature and short for Narrative, Horror, Experimental, Animation, Documentaries, and Exploitation.
